The
Guyard Family
Hélène Guyard was the daughter of
Jehan Guyard (this was the exact spelling of his signature)
and of Jehanne Joly (this was the exact spelling of her
signature).
Jehan Guyard lived in the suburb of Loges and was a
practitioner in Fontenay when he married, by contract on 21
January 1617 ( Robert, notary in Fontenay- in front of
Notre Mère Sainte Église - our Holy
Mother Church), Jehanne Joly, living in the city of
Fontenay, daughter of François Joly, an attorney in
the royal courts of Fontenay, and of Dame Perrette
Martineau.
